About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team at Groupon in Prague. This role involves working directly with the Head of Category Growth & Enterprise Partnerships to drive revenue, projects, and operational improvements in one of Groupon’s key verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor core KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, pipeline performance)
- →Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
- →Improve reporting structure and dashboard clarity
- →Turn raw data into structured business insights
- →Own smaller initiatives end-to-end
- →Support strategic efforts tied to enterprise deals and category growth
- →Track timelines, surface blockers, and follow up with stakeholders
- →Map workflows and identify inefficiencies
- →Propose simplifications or automation
- →Analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics
- →Identify revenue-impacting bottlenecks
Requirements
- ✓Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s
- ✓Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar
- ✓At least one relevant internship (startup, consulting, e-commerce, operations)
- ✓Strong Excel skills
- ✓Analytical thinking
- ✓High ownership mindset
- ✓Ability to operate in ambiguity
- ✓Fluent English
