Key Responsibilities
- →Perform market benchmarking and competitor analysis to ensure competitive base pay, bonuses, and benefits
- →Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to standardize policies and programs across international regions
- →Support the end-to-end delivery of rewards cycles, including incentive plans and benefit enrollments
- →Create and distribute educational content to help employees understand their compensation package
- →Monitor changing labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance
- →Maintain high-integrity compensation records and reports
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2-3 years of specialized experience in total rewards
- ✓Proven ability to navigate multicultural environments and manage stakeholder relationships
- ✓Expert-level command of Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation
- ✓Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- ✓Strong quantitative skills for market benchmarking and compliance auditing
- ✓Bilingual (English) communicator with strong project management abilities
