About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Management leader to join our team. This role involves leading and developing a team of Project Managers who support Go-To-Market functions, ensuring cross-functional execution and delivering high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers supporting Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, and Support
- →Plan, execute, and oversee multi-functional GTM programs and Co-Founder Office projects from conception to completion
- →Drive cross-functional alignment between the Co-Founder's office and GTM leadership
- →Translate executive strategies into structured project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
- →Oversee implementation of systems, dashboards, and analytics tools for revenue operations and performance tracking
- →Lead project reviews, steering committees, and update sessions with department heads and executives
- →Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and design mitigation strategies
- →Coordinate with external partners or vendors supporting GTM systems, enablement, or analytics efforts
- →Document project learnings and outcomes to identify opportunities for process optimization
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
- ✓10+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, or revenue operations contexts
- ✓Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support
- ✓Experience supporting or working closely with executive leadership / Co-Founder office preferred
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of Project Managers or similar roles
- ✓Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- ✓Expertise in project management tools such as ClickUp or Google Sheets
- ✓Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Strategic thinker who can synthesize executive vision into structured execution
- ✓PMP or equivalent certification required
- ✓Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized self-starter
- ✓Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity among diverse teams
- ✓Data-driven and customer-centric, with a bias toward measurable results
- ✓Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to problem-solving
