We are looking for a Technical Lead (Azure .NET) to join our Azure & Cloud Solutions capability. This role involves working on client-facing projects and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of developers and technical leads, serving as a hands-on role model for coding standards and best practices.
- →Facilitate technical workshops to capture requirements, map business processes, and present Azure architectures to stakeholders.
- →Create and review technical designs for cloud-native applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
- →Oversee project delivery in alignment with UK Government technology standards.
- →Establish and refine development methodologies, including TDD, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- →Guide junior and senior team members, fostering their professional growth through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
