About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer to join H&M Group. This role involves supporting the design process and creating commercial, trend-driven products that reflect the brand's direction and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in developing components and support the Product Designer throughout the design process
- →Prepare accurate product specifications and artworks using 2D/3D tools for efficient sampling
- →Review prototypes and samples, making necessary adjustments to achieve the right fit and look
- →Keep assortment overviews updated and monitor selling performance
- →Use insights from fashion trends, competitors, and customer behavior to influence design decisions
Requirements
- ✓A degree in fashion design or equivalent experience
- ✓Strong sense of color, trends, and commercial appeal
- ✓Basic knowledge of materials, trims, and garment construction
- ✓Skilled in design software and visualization tools
- ✓A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, including English (spoken and written)
