About the Role
We are looking for Store Designers to join our Retail experience function at H&M on a temporary contract. As part of our team, you will help realize store projects worldwide through collaboration with colleagues, resulting in high-quality design solutions and commercial plans based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate on project-specific research about customer and project objectives, including analytical tasks related to the brand’s commercial plans
- →Create and review architectural and interior design packages as well as construction documents for various projects
- →Ensure strong communication with multiple project teams, contractors, consultants, and local H&M Group teams
- →Provide on-brand solutions to resolve technical and design challenges
- →Ensure timely delivery of all project-related materials
- →Follow up on projects and analyze successes and learnings
