About the Role
Houzz is seeking Product Support Specialists to join their team, providing exceptional customer service to Houzz professionals across the U.S. and Canada. As a Product Support Specialist Level I, you will assist with SaaS questions, subscription inquiries, and marketing advice for professionals enrolled in various Houzz Pro programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to Houzz professionals via phone or case rotation, providing superior customer service
- →Support other teams in the Industry Solutions channel to ensure the best service and increase software engagement
- →Answer software questions on program performance and functionality
- →Handle subscription questions, including cancellations, upgrades, and renewals
- →Maintain KPIs for cases solved, case solve time, and customer satisfaction
- →Escalate cases to appropriate Houzz teams as required
- →Train professionals on the software through Zoom meetings
- →Work with Ultimate pros to improve their Houzz profiles and marketing
- →Proactively engage professionals in the software and identify learning opportunities
- →Attend continued software training sessions
Requirements
- ✓At least 6 months to 2 years of technical and/or subscription-based support experience
- ✓Customer service experience
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong listening skills
- ✓Focus on engaging professionals in the software to ensure adoption and retention
