About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at HubSpot. This role focuses on helping customers successfully implement and utilize our CRM software to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- โConduct business goal, challenge, and organizational structure interviews with customers implementing HubSpot
- โProvide support for initial setup, operation, and configuration
- โUnderstand new features and product updates and adapt them to business needs
- โCollaborate with sales and customer success managers to create a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- โExperience in software implementation support or leading a software implementation in your company
- โExperience in marketing, sales, or customer success-related tasks
- โAdaptability to fast-changing environments
- โCommitment to customer success and problem-solving
- โNative-level Japanese language skills and ability to read internal materials in English
Preferred Qualifications
- โPractical experience with CRM or marketing automation systems
- โUnderstanding of API and system integration concepts
