About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an innovative decentralized exchange (DEX) that bridges centralized and decentralized trading. This role will spearhead recruitment efforts and support HR functions during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- →Identify and attract top-tier talent within the Web3, Crypto, and FinTech sectors using innovative sourcing strategies.
- →Partner with leadership to assist in HR functions including performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
- →Develop and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and positive remote-first work culture.
- →Establish and refine HR policies and procedures to ensure scalability and alignment with the company’s mission.
- →Maintain a deep understanding of regional labor laws and employment practices to ensure organizational compliance across global markets.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of professional HR or Recruitment experience, ideally within the Crypto, Blockchain, or FinTech industries.
- ✓Proven experience managing recruitment or HR operations across multiple markets.
- ✓Strong understanding of the decentralized exchange landscape and the unique talent needs of a decentralized organization.
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Professional fluency in English is essential.
