The Content Manager is responsible for governing and maintaining the structure, organization, and lifecycle of commercial content across our global go-to-market teams. This includes presales and product positioning assets, sales pitch decks, bid and proposal content, sales playbooks, industry documents, and internal knowledge used by customer-facing teams.
Content ownership remains with product owners and subject matter experts. This role enforces governance processes to ensure content not only stays current and consistent, but that new products and services are properly onboard, adhere to established best practices, and are structured, tagged, and maintained for easy discovery and reuse.
Content is becoming increasingly critical to how we scale the business. As we deploy AI tools for proposal automation, AI sales coaching, and knowledge search, structured content is no longer just reference material. It directly drives automated responses, enables faster onboarding, and allows expertise to scale beyond individual teams.
Strong AI outcomes depend on strong source content. This role ensures that content is maintained in a way that both people and AI systems can rely on. The Content Manager drives review cadences, identifies gaps, and works persistently with content owners to ensure updates are completed and standards are followed.
