About the Role
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. This role will focus on managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Group Policy, and datacenter infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist end users with technology needs in a hybrid work environment with on-site support at our Boston headquarters
- →Manage Office 365 administration, including user account management, Sharepoint, Teams, and Onedrive
- →Manage InTune policies and deploy software to company Windows devices
- →Assist with end user Windows & Mac onboarding and troubleshooting
- →Manage and modify InTune Compliance policies
- →Administer Exchange Online environment
- →Create and troubleshoot Group Policies
- →Perform TCP/IP network troubleshooting
- →Manage and deploy hardening policies on workstations and servers
- →Assist in deploying patches via Automox
- →Oversee Azure Active Directory administration
- →Assist with ThreatLocker application requests and policies
- →Troubleshoot Perimeter81 VPN and Microsoft Global Secure Access
- →Provide training to staff on new systems and software updates
- →Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure management
- ✓Experience with Office 365, Azure, Exchange, and Group Policy
- ✓Knowledge of InTune, JAMF, and Windows/Mac administration
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across various platforms
- ✓Experience with TCP/IP networking
- ✓Familiarity with patch management tools like Automox
- ✓Understanding of cloud services within the Azure environment
- ✓Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- ✓Willingness to be reachable during business hours
- ✓Ability to commute to the onsite office 2-3 times a week
