We are seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Marketing Manager with a focus on building successful demand generation and enablement programs with our valuable partner community. This role is a high impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns with our US and Canada National Partners to assist in increasing partner mindshare, generating opportunities, and creating pipeline. In this role, you will be communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organization as you work closely with Field Marketing, Partner Sales, Partner Engineering, Partner Operations, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, and other teams.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Plan, build, and execute scalable, integrated partner marketing campaigns with U.S. and Canada national partners to drive pipeline.
- Own campaigns end-to-end, including ideation, content development, cross‑functional project management, launch, and post‑campaign performance analysis to deliver against pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and partner sales teams to align campaigns with target accounts and support opportunity acceleration.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned strategic partners, owning day‑to‑day engagement, responding to partner inquiries, and proactively identifying co‑marketing opportunities that drive mutual growth
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior partner stakeholders, enabling tight alignment on go‑to‑market priorities, campaign strategy, and joint value propositions
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs; regularly communicate insights, results, and recommendations to internal and partner stakeholders
- Own and manage partner marketing budgets (MDF/BDF), ensuring disciplined investment, efficient execution, and clear, data‑backed demonstration of return on investment
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for our US and Canada distribution partner, identifying and executing integrated programs that support national partner priorities and drive measurable business outcomes
YOUR TOOLKIT:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management within the technology industry, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Strong understanding of how to engage with partners of all types, including VARs, Distributors, GSIs, Tech Partners, Cloud Providers, and MSPs as well as experience executing campaigns through partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market motions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure marketing performance
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously manage multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all partner communications and deliverables
- Experience working with Salesforce, Asana, and AI-driven marketing tools a plus
