About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Template Creation Analyst to join our Template team at Incode. This role focuses on ID support for different clients, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard and integrate new features into the system
- →Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently
- →Map request and response logic based on client and regional specifications
- →Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team
- →Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs
- →Participate in client and internal sales calls, providing operational support and insights
Requirements
- ✓Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms
- ✓Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends
- ✓Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
- ✓Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data related degree
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations
- ✓Proficiency in HTML5, RESTful API architecture, JSON/XML data formats, logical operations and Boolean functions
- ✓Advanced Regular Expressions (Java 8)
- ✓Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ✓Notion (advanced user)
- ✓Python basics
- ✓OOP basic understanding
- ✓Familiarity with version control principles
- ✓Solid understanding of data mapping and operational workflows
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams
- ✓Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment
- ✓Understanding of privacy and data protection standards relevant to identity verification
