About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Bordeaux. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in product management in an Agile environment and mastery of the tools and methodologies needed to ensure the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- →Write clear and precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- →Actively participate in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure common understanding of requirements.
- →Collaborate closely with Business Owners, UX designers, developers, architects, and delivery teams to ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables.
- →Plan sprints and establish the Release Plan in accordance with product objectives.
- →Ensure the definition of Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for each task.
- →Produce retrospective reports and track KPIs, OKRs, and product performance.
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Figma, and Klaxoon.
- ✓Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
- ✓Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- ✓Skills in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
- ✓Skills in sprint planning, Release Plan, retrospective reports, and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and product performance.
- ✓Certifications Desired
