About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Functional Consultant to join our rapidly growing Consultancy Practice team. This role will involve leading projects to deliver high-value Dynamics 365 implementation projects, helping clients with their digital transformation and increasing productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead projects in collaboration with Project Managers
→Support junior team members with their growth and development
→Conduct requirement gathering workshops with clients
→Capture client requirements in the form of user stories in DevOps
→Customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Field Service
→Modify existing reports, dashboards, and charts
→Work with consultants to determine the impact of proposed changes
→Test work and conduct peer reviews
→Prepare and deliver end-user training sessions
→Ensure solutions are maintainable, supportable, and stable over the long-term
→Ensure solutions meet Microsoft’s supported standards
→Provide additional support to the core support function

Requirements

✓Functional experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration
✓Broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification
✓Understanding of software development life cycle, release management, data migrations, and cutover planning
✓Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies
✓Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
✓Ability to work collaboratively and self-manage time
✓Strong communication skills, both written and oral
