About the Role

We are seeking a demand & lead generation marketer to develop and execute commercial marketing programs that capture and nurture exhibitor leads across multiple channels. This role will focus on generating and nurturing leads throughout the marketing funnel using various digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Build a funnel-based demand generation strategy to deliver high-quality leads to commercial teams
→Develop and implement ABM strategies for key clients
→Create operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines
→Identify target segments to build, engage, and deliver MQLs to the commercial team
→Develop marketing budgets and maintain budget trackers
→Optimize spending across marketing channels
→Build website strategy on relevant landing pages to maximize traffic and lead generation
→Monitor campaign performance and produce monthly MQL reports
→Share insights with sales and event teams to drive revenue
→Analyze trends and use insights to build more effective campaigns
→Ensure data governance and management policies are followed
→Identify target universe and key segments within it
→Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, and social media
→Write engaging copy to convert potential exhibitors into warm leads
→Use CRO to optimize online activities
→Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements

✓Experience in demand and lead generation marketing
✓Strong understanding of marketing automation technologies
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
✓Experience with SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and social advertising
✓Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets
✓Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance monitoring
✓Experience with CRO and optimizing online activities
✓Strong copywriting skills
✓Ability to work with data and insights specialists to capture and standardize data
✓Experience with Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, and Budget Trackers
