About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role focuses on driving adoption and retention while managing customer relationships to ensure maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score for partners
- →Coordinate with Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams
- →Orchestrate efforts to maintain high adoption and usage
- →Provide best use cases and help partners with panel usage
- →Train new partners and act as a consultant for product usage
Requirements
- ✓University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- ✓2+ years relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- ✓Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- ✓High sense of responsibility and accountability
- ✓Strategic thinking with excellent project management skills
- ✓Customer-oriented with ability to establish robust relationships
