About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in LATAM, serving as a strategic operational engine for an entertainment client. This role will bridge internal Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams with external partners, overseeing the full lifecycle of marketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary point of contact for event and creative agencies, overseeing production of marketing assets
- →Support PMMs in achieving OKRs by building and maintaining project trackers
- →Organize marketing programs internally and translate strategies into actionable deliverables
- →Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- →Maintain oversight of active projects and ensure efficient resource allocation
- →Provide strategic and administrative support to PMMs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓6+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in fast-paced environments
- ✓Demonstrated experience or familiarity with event production mechanics
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- ✓Proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
- ✓Based in São Paulo, Brazil, with ability to work in hybrid capacity
