About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in Media to join a special task force managing digital advertising assets for one of the biggest brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage fast-moving design and animation projects on an international scale
- →Ensure quality content delivery at scale for one of the world’s most beloved brands
- →Liaise between client leads and teams to ensure milestone completion
- →Balance resources and workload through effective planning and coordination
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling in- and output of Design, Illustration and Animation teams
- →Ensure deadlines are met with precision, flagging unattainable ones upfront
- →Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed
- →Schedule, track and prioritize assignments to maintain a constant flow of high-end production work
- →Evaluate finished projects to improve processes and work streams
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in digital advertising or production
- ✓Excellent stress management and communication skills with clients and coworkers
- ✓Knowledge of managing rich media, programmatic campaigns and dynamic ad creatives
- ✓Experience working with media plans and launching digital ad campaigns
- ✓Understanding of display ads, DoubleClick, Sizmek and spec sheets
- ✓Proficient communicator with clear updates and issue description abilities
- ✓Solid scoping skills for realistic timings and resource estimates
- ✓Acquaintance with postproduction of film, image and animation assets for social media
