About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join our team in Brazil. This role will serve as a strategic operational engine for the entertainment team, acting as a bridge between internal Product Marketing Managers and external partners. You will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Agency & Deliverable Management: Act as the primary point of contact for event and creative agencies, overseeing the production of all marketing assets and ensuring they meet brand standards and deadlines.
- →Strategic Project Oversight: Support PMMs in achieving their OKRs by building and maintaining robust project trackers and managing complex cross-functional workflows.
- →Workflow Optimization: Manage the "middle of the funnel" for marketing projects, from creative briefs and feedback loops to final handoffs and post-mortem reporting.
- →Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities.
- →Operational Excellence: Maintain a "bird’s-eye view" of all active projects, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and that shifting priorities are handled with agility.
Requirements
- ✓Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ✓Project Management Expertise: 6+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in fast-paced environments.
- ✓Event Production: Demonstrated experience or deep familiarity with the mechanics of event production.
- ✓Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- ✓Agility: A proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- ✓Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity, if needed.
