About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role involves creating innovative solutions throughout the product development lifecycle, focusing on user-centric design and impactful experiences for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Involve in all stages of the design process, including creating design concepts, developing interactive prototypes, and conducting experiments
- →Solve unique problems while keeping end-users as the primary focus
- →Plan, set up, execute, and analyze usability tests
- →Turn static wireframes into interactive flows
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead productive ideation sessions

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Design, HCI, Visual Communication, UX Design, etc.) or equivalent experience
- ✓At least 2 years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for SaaS or similar products
- ✓Fluency in English
- ✓Knowledge of UX principles, including familiarity with design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma
- ✓Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
- ✓Strong critical thinking and analytical approach
- ✓Experience with quantitative and qualitative research, Discovery and Usability tests
- ✓Good listening skills and empathy
- ✓Natural problem-solving abilities
