About the Role
Instacart is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Engineering organization. This role will operate at the intersection of people strategy and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership, advising on organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.
- →Champion employees by fostering growth opportunities and designing career development initiatives.
- →Create and execute innovative people strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent.
- →Lead as a culture advocate, promoting Instacart’s values to guide decision-making and navigate change management.
- →Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to deliver initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 4+ years of overall HR or related work experience.
- ✓Proven track record in implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- ✓In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
- ✓Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
- ✓BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
