About the Role

Instacart is seeking a Product Designer to join our Core Shopping + Enterprise design team. You'll be designing experiences used by millions of customers every week, directly impacting how families shop for groceries.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end design for Instacart's most critical customer experiences
→Elevate visual and interaction quality across key shopping flows
→Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and solutions
→Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready specs in Figma
→Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to design co-branded experiences
→Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in consumer products
✓Experience collaborating with product and engineering partners
✓Thrived in iterative environments using experimentation and data-driven decision-making
✓Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
✓Proficient in maintaining design documentation
✓Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high design quality
