About the Role
We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Daily Banker team in São Paulo. Your mission will be to act as a strategic pillar in the service and management of investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients, ensuring excellence in service and a relationship of trust.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct active commercial routine, offering personalized investment advisory and supporting clients in decision-making about the products available in our Super App.
- →Provide specialized service, clarifying technical doubts about investment products and allocation strategies.
- →Analyze and monitor the performance of portfolio investments, identifying opportunities, risks, and proposing optimizations.
- →Provide operational and strategic support to the commercial team, assisting in relationship management and execution of portfolio demands.
- →Act as the main point of contact and substitute manager for the portfolio in the absence of the primary advisor, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
- →Support portfolio relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- ✓Active and valid ANBIMA CPA-20 certification.
- ✓Completed higher education.
- ✓Proven experience in serving high-net-worth clients.
- ✓Experience as an Investment Analyst, Investment Advisor, or in similar financial market roles.
- ✓In-depth knowledge of investment products (fixed income, variable income, funds, pension, etc.).
- ✓Commercial profile with strong results orientation and interpersonal relationship skills.
- ✓Keen analytical ability for portfolio analysis and problem-solving.
- ✓Desirable
- ✓Certifications such as CEA or CFP® will be considered a great differentiator.
- ✓Experience with digital investment platforms or Super Apps.
- ✓Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Capital Markets, or related fields.
