About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join the Digital Solutions portfolio unit within T-Systems International GmbH. This role involves managing contract fulfillment, invoicing, and supporting pre-sales activities within the Telco and DTAG chapters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage contract fulfillment and invoicing via Strive
- →Support pre-sales activities using TSI Force (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management
- →Monitor and report on SLA compliance
- →Oversee Purchase Order and Order Management Activities and Contract Planning
- →Ensure cost control including forecast and optimization proposals
- →Contribute to Contract Implementation and Delivery
- →Manage Project Plan Structure (PSP and WBS)
- →Orchestrate and manage stakeholders across various company entities
- →Work closely with development and operational counterparts
- →Perform Stakeholder Management and Cost/Revenue Steering
- →Handle Operation, Change and Problem Management Tasks
Requirements
- ✓Experience in contract management and fulfillment
- ✓Proficiency with Strive, Salesforce, and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- ✓Strong understanding of SLA compliance and reporting
- ✓Ability to manage stakeholders across different company entities
- ✓Experience with project planning and cost control
- ✓Knowledge of operational and financial KPIs
