About the Role
We’re hiring a senior RevOps / GTM Operations leader to professionalize and scale GTM operations at interface.ai. This individual contributor role requires a strong operator who can think strategically and execute tactically across Sales, CS, and Partner Ops to make revenue predictable and execution disciplined.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Salesforce setup, hygiene, and reporting as the system of record
- →Define and operationalize pipeline hygiene standards and stage definitions
- →Drive forecasting rigor through weekly forecast processes and consistent definitions
- →Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership
- →Formalize commission tracking and structure
- →Implement customer lifecycle management processes for renewals and expansions
- →Create partner pipeline tracking and reporting
- →Build operational leverage using modern tooling and automation
Requirements
- ✓Senior-level experience in GTM Ops / RevOps / Sales Ops with meaningful ownership
- ✓Deep Salesforce capability in setup, reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene
- ✓Strong analytical and operating rigor with metrics, systems thinking, and process design
- ✓Modern tooling fluency with automation and productivity tracking tools
- ✓High-ownership, independent operator who can influence across multiple departments
