About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join interface.ai, a company building a universal banking assistant powered by BankGPT. This role will partner directly with the CEO to scale the leadership team across critical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruiting for VP-level, C-level, and senior leadership roles
- →Partner directly with the CEO on role definition, search strategy, and hiring decisions
- →Build high-quality executive pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
- →Conduct executive screens focused on functional depth and leadership behaviors
- →Design and run structured interview loops for rigorous hiring decisions
- →Manage the full candidate journey from outreach to closing
- →Support offer strategy and executive-level negotiation
- →Maintain strong funnel hygiene and reporting
Requirements
- ✓6–12+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on executive/leadership hiring
- ✓Strong track record in B2B SaaS (enterprise motion preferred)
- ✓Startup or scale-up experience (Series B–D preferred)
- ✓Exceptional sourcing ability and executive presence
- ✓Proven ability to partner with CEOs and senior stakeholders
- ✓Structured and data-aware approach to hiring
- ✓Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto/San Francisco
