About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Working Student to join our team at IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure and services. This role offers practical experience in marketing automation and online marketing in an exciting, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide operational support in data management, including preparation of lead imports, data formatting, and data cleansing
- →Support with marketing automation tool 'Hubspot' and CRM tool 'Salesforce', including setting up campaigns, creating automation processes and forms, and segmentation lists
- →Create and edit emails and email templates
- →Support the team in day-to-day business
Requirements
- ✓Currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar discipline
- ✓Interest in data processing with performance motivation, independence, and accuracy
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is ideal
- ✓Proficiency in handling data tables in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- ✓Very good English and German skills
- ✓Commitment, ability to work in a team, initiative, and organizational skills
- ✓At least 6 months available as a working student with up to 20h/week
