About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Ivalua. This role focuses on shaping how our platform and products are positioned and ensuring consistent messaging across teams and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a central point of coordination for product marketing content, updates, and release communications
- →Consolidate inputs from product, PMMs, and stakeholders into clear, consistent messaging and assets
- →Project-manage product marketing deliverables across launches, campaigns, and ongoing updates
- →Maintain and evolve core messaging frameworks
- →Own and elevate the quality of product marketing writing across the team
- →Translate complex product and AI concepts into clear, confident language
- →Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and messaging
- →Use performance data to assess what content, messaging, and launches are working
- →Support end-to-end GTM execution for new capabilities and releases
Requirements
- ✓At least 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role in enterprise B2B SaaS
- ✓Experience supporting complex products or platforms with frequent releases
- ✓Background in procurement, finance, ERP, supply chain, or adjacent enterprise domains is a strong plus
- ✓Exceptional writer and editor—clear, structured, and confident in executive-facing communication
- ✓Strong project management skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- ✓Analytical and research-oriented; able to turn data and insight into direction
