About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join SumUp and play a key role in scaling outbound sales. This role focuses on implementing outbound strategies and generating high-quality sales-qualified leads across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Launch, monitor, and optimise outbound campaigns across different channels
- →Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the Sales team
- →Develop compelling messaging and content to drive engagement
- →Work with SDRs and AEs to improve list quality and conversion rates
- →Test and iterate campaigns regularly to boost performance
- →Support the Outbound Growth Lead in reporting and process improvement
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in outbound sales or marketing automation
- ✓Hands-on experience with Sales Engagement platforms
- ✓Knowledge of automation tools
- ✓Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills
- ✓Proven track record of hitting outbound targets
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
