About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the Northern Europe and MEA cluster for Stripe. This senior role focuses on transforming customers into enthusiastic advocates while accelerating product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute field marketing strategy across Northern Europe and MEA cluster
- →Partner with Sales to align account plans and develop marketing strategies
- →Work with Demand Generation to execute full-funnel marketing plans
- →Oversee regional events strategy and execution
- →Partner with Product Marketing to produce localized content
- →Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel
- →Advise diverse business personas about Stripe's value
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in Enterprise Technology
- ✓Proven track record of defining and executing field marketing programs
- ✓Exceptional communication skills for diverse regional audiences
- ✓Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- ✓Experience collaborating with Sales teams as a strategic partner
