About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join iwocaPay, the trade credit and Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) solutions team within iwoca. You will be the technical architect of customer communications, working across two CRM systems to increase total process value (TPV) and guide Sellers and Buyers through onboarding, activation, and cross sell.

Key Responsibilities

→Improve the performance of all iwocaPay CRM flows through analysis and reporting
→Act as the dedicated owner and source of truth for the technical side of CRM
→Build automated email templates, sequences, contact rule logic, and flows
→Monitor, diagnose, and fix CRM issues within the system
→Optimise automated HubSpot nurture campaigns
→Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams

Requirements

✓Proven experience in a technical CRM role with automation logic and system integrations
✓Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, specifically in building complex workflows and sequences
✓Data-driven mindset with ability to diagnose technical issues and interpret performance metrics
✓Strong stakeholder management skills across Marketing, Sales Ops, and technical teams
✓Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates and/or high-growth fintech environment
