About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join iwoca, a company that provides flexible finance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As an Account Manager, you will build and manage a portfolio of business owners, helping them navigate their financial journey with iwoca.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide and assist new customers through their application journey, simplifying complex steps and finding the right financial solutions for their business goals.
- →Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of existing and new clients.
- →Act as the internal "Voice of the Customer," sharing insights with product and tech teams to help innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
- →Use your understanding of business drivers to help clients maximize their potential while keeping them informed about new opportunities and product developments.
- →Work within an international, cross-functional team to improve processes and help scale the mission.
