About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to take full ownership of a core strategic initiative: the creation, launch, and scaling of iwoca's dedicated mobile application. This is a foundational leadership role where you will define the future of our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine the mobile app vision and strategy, starting with Credit Cards
- βBuild and lead a new, high-performing mobile app development team
- βDrive Impact by acting with the autonomy of a business owner
- βOwn and champion the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- βConduct continuous market, competitor, and user research
- βDesign and create the optimal team for mobile app development
- βLead, coach, and mentor the mobile app team
- βOversee the full product lifecycle
- βEstablish and maintain rigorous, real-time monitoring of all core KPIs
- βEvaluate, onboard, and manage external development agencies
- βWork closely with core Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- β5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management
- βDemonstrable experience launching a mobile application
- βProven leadership experience in hiring, building, and leading a team
- βStrong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics
- βExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- βA solid technical foundation
