About the Role
Jerry.ai is seeking a Product Manager to own our AI-driven communications product. This role will focus on scaling our messaging infrastructure across SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to create AI interactions that increase automation and customer satisfaction.
- βAnalyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to core messaging systems.

Requirements
