About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in Information Systems to join our CIO QA team. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring the quality of critical internal systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and other enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, design, and execute manual and semi-automated test cases for various IS applications
- →Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations
- →Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms
- →Identify defects and areas of improvement in existing IS tools and workflows
- →Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems
- ✓Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing (Salesforce proficiency is a must)
- ✓Experience in writing and executing test cases for complex system flows
- ✓Basic understanding of API testing
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
