About the Role
We are looking for a senior product leader to build Jobber’s newest financial services product, helping small businesses run better businesses through fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end product development for a new financial services product
- →Lead product discovery and delivery, partnering with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams
- →Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing near-term customer impact with long-term strategy
- →Develop a deep understanding of business needs by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations
- →Represent the voice of small business owners in product direction
Requirements
- ✓Senior-level product management experience
- ✓Track record of taking products from concept through launch and scale
- ✓Experience building new products or business lines
- ✓Strong understanding of earning and maintaining user trust in financial services
- ✓Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias towards action
- ✓Clear, direct communication and ability to align teams around priorities
