About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and manage complex products with broad scope and high impact. This strategic leader will oversee a team of Product Managers, ensuring seamless technology and business transitions while driving business and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive product strategy for flagship digital experiences including mobile apps and personalization features
- →Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing collaborative environment
- →Translate strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs
- →Manage product budgets and resources, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact
- →Champion customer-centric practices leveraging continuous discovery and frequent user research
- →Oversee product lifecycle management from discovery through delivery using modern SDLC best practices
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- →Promote best practices in product development and discovery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience
- ✓8+ years in product management including leadership of multiple PMs and complex product portfolios
- ✓Strong business leadership and financial acumen
- ✓Expertise in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies
- ✓Advanced communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- ✓Ability to manage budgets and develop business cases including cost/benefit analysis and NPV
- ✓Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities
