About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to significantly influence the borrower experience by leveraging machine learning to enhance customer interactions and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ML-based solutions that improve financial outcomes for borrowers and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the strategy for ML-based interventions within Servicing
- →Create systems and processes to enable consistent delivery of impactful ML models
- →Collaborate with PMs and engineers to enhance borrower touchpoints and interventions
- →Understand borrower needs to design personalized systems
- →Establish and track success metrics to assess the impact of product initiatives
- →Leverage data-driven insights for informed product decisions and optimizations
- →Prioritize features with the highest ROI to inform the product roadmap
Requirements
- ✓6+ years experience in product management with a focus on ML-based systems and consumer-facing products
- ✓Proven success in balancing quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive business outcomes
- ✓Strong product sense with experience in creating and executing a multi-quarter roadmap
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication
- ✓Ownership mentality with a growth mindset, striving for continuous improvement
