About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and support ongoing projects in the Middle East. This role involves traveling to the MENA region and other areas to implement projects and work on policy and social issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the right arm of project directors and partners to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery
- →Lead consulting projects, managing client relationships, delivery teams, and key stakeholders
- →Develop, train, and mentor associate consultants on live projects
- →Structure workstreams and distribute tasks to the consulting team
- →Contribute to brainstorming and creative discussions to address policy and social challenges
- →Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies for policy, social, organizational, and implementation challenges
- →Conduct research through secondary research, interviews, and primary fieldwork
- →Engage with social sector stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, and workshops
- →Analyze, structure, and summarize research findings and insights
- →Represent insights, concepts, and approaches visually with effective design
- →Present insights, concepts, and approaches to team and clients
- →Contribute to Dunecrest’s development effort in thought leadership and business development
- →Support partners in developing practice areas
- →Analyze, structure, and summarize secondary research findings, data, and insights
- →Represent data, analysis, insights, concepts, and approaches visually with effective design
Requirements
- ✓Experience in consulting, policy development, or social sector
- ✓Strong analytical and research skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- ✓Ability to mentor and train junior consultants
- ✓Experience in project management and client relationship management
- ✓Knowledge of policy and social issues in the Middle East and other regions
- ✓Ability to travel to project sites in the MENA region and other areas
