About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Juniper Square’s API product suite. This role focuses on creating seamless integration between our platform and clients’ technology stacks in the fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the API product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap
- →Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and API specifications
- →Work with engineering teams to design RESTful API endpoints and integration workflows
- →Prioritize API features based on customer impact and business value
- →Manage the full lifecycle of API products from development to deprecation
- →Act as the primary technical liaison to client engineering teams
- →Lead discovery sessions to identify integration challenges and propose solutions
- →Ensure clear documentation and support for API onboarding
- →Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
- →Establish API governance standards and best practices
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
- ✓Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns
- ✓Experience working with client engineering teams to enable API adoption
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements
- ✓Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices
- ✓Familiarity with third-party APIs and enterprise integration patterns
- ✓Strong technical acumen and analytical mindset
- ✓Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
