About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join Justworks and play an integral part in our long-term growth and success. You will own the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to hiring, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at each stage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full life cycle recruiting inclusive of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at each stage
- →Identify/clarify hiring needs and core competencies, and use historical hiring data and external market insights to build a data-driven recruiting strategy
- →Proactively source and screen to build a robust talent pipeline
- →Build/maintain and execute a social media strategy that promotes open roles and highlights teams and products
- →Develop robust internal/external partnerships and industry-related groups
- →Keep up to date with new recruiting methods, industry, and market trends
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4+ years’ experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment for Sales and Go to Market roles
- ✓Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and tailor support across multiple hiring managers
- ✓Proven ability to negotiate, sell, and close candidates
- ✓Excellent research/sourcing skills including x-ray and Boolean source strings
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Results-driven and metrics-oriented
- ✓Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- ✓Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
- ✓Interested in entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
