About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Manager to join Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company operating in 19 markets. This role involves planning and coordinating CRM strategies for Sportsbook and Casino products across multiple channels, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a comprehensive, data-driven CRM strategy for the local market in collaboration with the HQ team
- →Take ownership of the CRM plan and ensure campaign execution and delivery
- →Plan and develop local, personalized campaigns using various customer channels
- →Liaise with the CRM Strategy Team in HQ for fine-tuning automated lifecycle journeys
- →Deploy the bonus budget profitably through robust planning, execution, and analysis
- →Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance
- →Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base to identify insights and target customer segments
- →Identify customer touchpoints and ensure timely, relevant actions and communications
- →Monitor and report on competitor activity within the local market
- →Regularly report to senior stakeholders on the success of campaigns
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company
- ✓Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on customer needs
- ✓Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data
- ✓Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- ✓Solid experience in implementing, driving, and managing complex multi-channel campaigns
- ✓Professional experience in operating CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM)
- ✓Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- ✓Excellent command of the English language
