About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Market Manager to oversee operations of our Los Angeles & Long Beach Market. This role focuses on ensuring guest quality, financial, and operational outcomes for Kasa units and properties.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure every Kasa guest has a five-star stay by establishing standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and technology
- →Build mutually beneficial relationships with local property partners
- →Maintain units to Kasa’s quality standards through repairs, restocking, and maintenance
- →Monitor market expenses and adhere to budgets
- →Spend 60-75% of time in the field at properties
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of community, operations or property management experience
- ✓1-2+ years of experience managing hourly employees
- ✓Responsible for achieving quantitative targets
- ✓App-fluent with mobile technology
- ✓Highly organized with clear prioritization skills
- ✓Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- ✓Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- ✓Ability to interpret basic financial statements
- ✓Calm and positive demeanor in stressful situations
- ✓People person who enjoys working with others
