About the Role

We are looking for a Property Operations Lead to join our team at Kasa, a leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand. This role involves on-site facilitation of guest experiences, ensuring properties meet Kasa brand standards, and driving efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct regular in-person inspections of public spaces and individual units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance according to Kasa standards
→Identify, prioritize, and execute cost-effective property improvements aligned with Kasa brand standards
→Liaise with housekeeping partners and service vendors
→Stock supplies and provide support for lockouts, last-minute requests, and guest issues
→Complete recurring property management tasks and assess units
→Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels based on provided guidelines
→Participate in preventative maintenance programs

Requirements
