About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Network Engineer to join our 24/7 Operations Center at Keyloop. This senior role involves leading complex technical projects, providing advanced network support, and maintaining global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver complex technical projects and network implementations
- →Provide second and third-line technical support for network issues and escalations
- →Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, wireless, routing, and security solutions
- →Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure across datacenters and offices to enhance resilience
- →Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting problems, and addressing outages
- →Collaborate with network architects on optimization strategies and schedule planned upgrades
- →Secure network systems and firewall environments by defining and enforcing policies
- →Ensure all incidents and problems are managed within agreed SLAs
- →Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Strong practical knowledge of Cisco solutions and technologies including Wireless, ASA, switches, routers, and ACS
- ✓Cisco CCNA certification (CCNP or higher preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- ✓Advanced understanding of BGP/MPLS, DMVPN, and IPSEC
- ✓Proven experience in securing and optimizing enterprise-scale network environments
- ✓Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and NetFlow
- ✓Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- ✓Customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment
- ✓Exposure to ITIL methodology and service-oriented operational processes
