About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive, Customer Growth to join Klaviyo in Singapore. This role involves driving customer cross-sell and upsell across SMB and Entrepreneur segment customers, educating them on Klaviyo’s portfolio, and guiding them to maximize value and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewals, Solution Architects, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and accelerate value realization.
- →Engage existing customers to uncover needs, advise on right-fit solutions across the Klaviyo portfolio, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- →Identify and prioritize ICPs for expansion opportunities within our whole product portfolio to grow Klaviyo’s footprint in existing accounts.
- →Build and manage pipeline within the book of business using a documented account planning approach.
- →Apply consultative selling and ROI-backed business cases using core structured discovery and e-commerce/SMB metrics.
- →Maintain rigorous SFDC hygiene and forecasting with accurate stages, dates, and next steps.
- →Negotiate strategically using value-led approaches aligned to pricing/packaging guardrails.
- →Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
Requirements
- ✓Excellent customer service, business development, and sales acumen.
- ✓Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Consultative selling and discovery depth.
- ✓Analytical mindset with the ability to run ROI analyses and interpret funnel/forecast signals.
- ✓Multi-threading and executive engagement to build consensus across stakeholders.
- ✓Strategic territory/account planning with tiering and top-account prioritization.
- ✓Pipeline creation excellence within an existing customer base.
- ✓Negotiation discipline and fluency in pricing/packaging.
- ✓Two or more years of experience in an Account Executive role.
- ✓Collaborative selling and cross-functional quarterbacking across teams.
- ✓Tools proficiency: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, and Gong.
- ✓Growth mindset with a focus on feedback and enablement.
- ✓Fluency in English and one additional business-level language (Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa, or Cantonese).
- ✓Eligibility to work in Singapore without any restrictions.
- ✓A Bachelor’s degree or above, a plus.
- ✓Experience within SaaS/MarTech, a plus.
