About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with business units to implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, development, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with senior leaders on business goals and align HR strategies to support the business and enable employees
- →Partner with recruitment teams to develop recruitment plans and strategies
- →Roll out and manage talent management processes including performance management and succession planning
- →Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values
- →Design initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
- →Partner with the Learning and Development team on training needs and initiatives
- →Welcome new employees, coordinate performance cycles, and manage HR systems
- →Guide business lines through changes and implement change management strategies
