About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our After-Sales Support team. This role focuses on providing technical support to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- →Remotely connect with customers to identify root causes and resolve issues
- →Diagnose failures in the software operating system and in the database
- →Identify hardware or infrastructure problems
- →Identify, solve, or escalate setting problems during troubleshooting
- →Identify, solve, or escalate software or system problems during troubleshooting
- →Interact directly with clients via telephone and email
- →Perform maintenance and troubleshooting
- →Report bugs
- →Set up and install VPN connections
