About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial AE CG to join Klaviyo. This role involves driving customer cross-sell and upsell across SMB and entrepreneur segment customers, educating them on Klaviyo’s portfolio, and guiding them to maximize value and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewals, Solution Architects, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- →Engage existing customers to uncover needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- →Identify and prioritize ICPs for expansion opportunities within Klaviyo’s portfolio.
- →Build and manage pipeline within the book of business using account planning approaches.
- →Apply consultative selling and ROI-backed business cases to drive executive alignment.
- →Maintain rigorous SFDC hygiene and forecasting for deal strategy.
- →Negotiate strategically using value-led approaches aligned to pricing/packaging guardrails.
- →Achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations while balancing prospecting and customer meetings.
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of Business Development experience with strong performance.
- ✓1+ years of Account Executive/closing experience in a sales role preferred.
- ✓Experience within SaaS/MarTech, a plus.
- ✓A Bachelor’s degree or above, a plus.
- ✓Tools proficiency: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Gong.
